When I was a little girl, I got my adrenaline rush by looking at property prices under newspaper classified section. My mum wanted me to be an accountant (Parents always want their child to have a secured job). Deep down inside, my blood is pumping real estate. Window of opportunity came when I stumbled across my very first foreclosure property in 2005. I'm still counting my blessings and never looked back ever since.
